水処理における計装

石炭火力発電所の排煙脱硫装置(FGD)から出る排水は、硫酸カルシウムで飽和していることが多く、金属類や塩化物も含んでいます。処理工程は排水の特性に応じて調整する必要がありますが、一般的には化学処理、凝集、クラリファイヤーによる沈殿処理、ろ過という手順を踏みます。処理水はプロセス内で再利用できるほか、追加のポリッシングを施し、より厳しい水質基準に対応することも可能です。

特に、こうした沈殿を伴う工程では、クラリファイヤーの安全な稼働および凝集剤の効率的な使用のため、汚泥レベルおよび汚泥プロファイルを確実に測定することが不可欠です。当社では、OPTISENS TSS/MAC、OPTISYS SLMの製品ラインナップを展開し、TSSの界面測定やプロファイル測定に対応した各種分析計およびシステムを取り揃えています。さらに、流量、レベル、圧力、温度の測定に使用できる、頑丈で耐食性に優れた機器も幅広くご用意しています。
