冷却水の監視

プラント全体では、大量の冷却水が必要となります。その主な用途は蒸発冷却システムです。原水は通常、河川などの表流水から取水されます。これをろ過して、機械的な不純物や固形物を除去します。とりわけ重要なのは、冷却水の補給水を調整し、汚れや腐食、細菌の発生を防止することです。

大口径配管内の流量は、超音波式流量計 OPTISONIC 3400またはOPTISONIC 6300を使用することでコスト効率よく測定できます。OPTISYS CLは、pHの変動に応じて補正した殺菌剤濃度を測定できる高度な計測システムです。
