Overview

レベル、流量、温度、圧力の計測

復水系では、復水の回収、浄化、加熱、脱気、加圧を行い、新たに蒸気を生成するための給水に使用します。復水器内は約7kPaの低圧状態になっており、この圧力がサイクル効率に大きな影響を及ぼします。定圧復水器に残る熱は、外部冷却によって放出されるか、コージェネレーションで再利用されます。系統内で不足した水は、復水貯蔵タンクに供給される補給水によって補充します。系統内の導電率とシリカ濃度を必要な水準まで抑えるため、復水の一部は浄化設備で処理します。給水は、タービンから取り出した蒸気を利用して、給水加熱器列で加熱します。それから脱気を行い、酸素濃度を低ppbレベルまで下げます。予熱および脱気済みの給水を、約350barの圧力で再び蒸気発生器に供給します。

復水の導電率は非常に低くなりますが、これはKROHNE OPTIBAR 差圧流量計やOPTISONC 3400超音波式流量計によって測定することができます。復水系においては、多くのレベルを監視&制御しなければなりません。こうした用途には、マイクロパルスレベル計 OPTIFLEX 7200/8200を貯蔵タンクに直接取り付けるか、バイパス式レベルゲージ BM 26を使用することで対応可能です。BM 26には、TDR、FMCW、マグネット式レベルインジケータ、リミットスイッチといった多様な技術を組み込むことができ、必要に応じてバックアップ構成にも対応します。
