Overview
The SmartSeries LB 414 is a radiometric detector designed for the non-invasive determination of product density, concentration, solids content, and level switching. It has been specially developed for use in harsh process environments. The system is ideally suited for standard measurements of liquids and slurries in non-explosive areas, particularly in the mining, cement, and paper industries. It offers excellent mechanical stability and robustness.
The SmartSeries LB 414 is cost-efficient and can operate for many years without maintenance or recalibration. The compact detector combines detection and evaluation in a single unit. In addition to outstanding accuracy and reproducibility, the system impresses with its intuitive operating concept. The user interface, complete with display and software, makes calibration and operation of the HART® device especially straightforward. Parameters can be configured via the control knob on the unit, through a HART® communicator, PC interface, or infrared remote control.
