OPTICHECK technology built-in is integrated into various measuring devices throughout our product range.
It guarantees permanent, continuously repeating self-diagnosis of the device thereby providing the highest confidence regarding reliable performance. The wide variety of sophisticated built-in diagnostics enables accurate detection of the device health to both, the transducer and the transmitter without process interruption.
All data can be propagated to the control room. Or, if required, the OPTICHECK product family (OPTICHECK Master, DTM and Mobile) can be used to create comprehensive test reports that document the health status of the respective field device in detail. Thanks to OPTICHECK technology built-in, our devices have permanent self-monitoring with standardised diagnostic functions in accordance with NAMUR NE 107. These status signals provide clearly understandable meanings and descriptions of the current device health. This allows the appropriate counter measures to be taken.
