KROHNE exhibits the disruptive technology to measure plant based slurries inside of process piping inline and in real-time, as supposed to interrupt based weighing on weigh scales. This enables time saving and continuous blending of plant based material, an hassle free scaling of the production throughput and the coverage of measurements from pilot scale production all the way to full scale mass production by adopting to the larger pipe dimension size (from 10mm all the way to 250mm process piping) with a maximum tolerance of as good as < 0,05% of the measured rate with KROHNE OPTIMASS. Next to the mass flow of plant based matter the concentration is being measured in process density. The maximum tolerance can be as low as 0,2 g/cc or in other words a bar of chocolate more or less on a 1000 kg.

The complementary products like tank level measurement, hydrostatic pressure, the process pressure, the process temperature or the analytical values like turbidity, suspended solids or pH values are on display and shall be consulted on by our booth staff.
