Overview
The OPTISENS COND 3220 is a conductive conductivity sensor for pure water and process water with high temperatures and pressures. This makes the sensor particularly suitable for use in pressurised boilers. It equally meets the requirements of many other water/steam cycle applications with extended temperature and pressure ranges of up to +200°C / +392°F and up to 40 bar / 580 psi. The OPTISENS COND 3220 features an integrated Pt100 for temperature compensation. Its standard ¾ NPT process connection allows easy installation in pipelines and tanks. The conductivity sensor is equipped with a 4-pin right angle (Hirschmann) connector and operates with the MAC 100, MAC 300 or any suitable analytical transmitter.
