Product update

Overview
- Features a high-end modular EMF signal converter for a wide range of configuration settings and signal output options
- MPO (Multi Phase Operation)
- With optimised signal processing
- Maintains measurement operation even during major process disturbances
- Delivers stable, repeatable readings for flow and conductivity – even in the presence of significant gas entrainment, solids, electromagnetic disturbances, etc.
- Available without additional configuration
- Improved conductivity measurement with an extended range and fast response time, enabling control and detection of product changes
- Features OPTICHECK technology built-in
- Enhanced application and device diagnostics: Detection of deposits or coating on the electrodes, temperature and conductivity changes in the medium, gas bubbles or solids, empty pipe, etc.
- User-friendly parameterisation, monitoring and on-site verification
- Wirelessly and securely via Bluetooth® in conjunction with mobile phone or tablet and the OPTICHECK Flow Mobile app
- Via HART® using the OPTICHECK DTM
- Verification report about device status with one click
- Available with SIL diagnostic package for use in safety instrumented systems up to SIL 2/3
- Automated partial proof testing capability for extended full proof test intervals
- Best-in-class diagnostic test interval incl. fault response time of only 2 minutes
- Issues a configurable message if meter runs out of spec
- Real time clock for logging and diagnostic event analysis
- High-resolution, backlit display with colour-coding for intuitive status and alarm recognition
- Optimised menu navigation: reduced complexity thanks to fewer menu items
- EcoMode: Energy-saving mode designed to reduce power consumption while maintaining consistently high measurement accuracy
- Bi-directional flow measurement over a wide dynamic range (turn down ratio: 1000:1)
- Available with virtual reference grounding method: no grounding rings needed
- Wide range of liner materials for excellent chemical and abrasion resistance: PTFE, PFA, ETFE, hard rubber, soft rubber, PU or specialised designs with ceramic tiles
- Many different electrode materials
- Optional external coatings for offshore or subsoil installation (also acc. to ISO 12944)
- No moving parts, no wear, neglectable pressure loss
- Signal converter is backwards compatible with previous sensor versions, e.g. of OPTIFLUX 4300
- Approved for use in hazardous areas (ATEX, IECEx db eb)
- High measuring accuracy and long-term stability: measuring error of only ±0.2% of measured value ±1 mm/s
