DownloadcenterOPTIFLUX 6000 The sealing conceptThe new sealing concept provides for a smooth and dimensionally stable measuring section between the two process connections.
The following figures illustrate how simple and effective it is:

Inserted L gasket, uncompressed

Fitted gasket, at room temperature.
The wetted part is subjected to the highest compression, expansion only possible into the expansion chamber.

Fitted gasked, at elevated temperature
Expansion chamber is almost completely filled. Gasket does not bulge into the measuring tube. |
