PACTware™ on the road againManufacturer-Independent Device Operation in Process Automation
This autumn, the successful PACTware™ Roadshow is heading for the centres of process automation in the Anglo-Saxon region. Experts from ten well-known PACTware™ member firms will demonstrate how to make device operation more efficient with the universal PACTware™ operator interface – in Manchester | UK on 11th November and in Cork | Ireland on 13th November.
The main focus of the one-day event is the practical benefit of device operation with the most commonly used FDT frame application, PACTware™. A live-operation multi-vendor wall features numerous application examples, showing first-hand how commissioning and maintenance can be considerably facilitated and speeded up by using only one single tool for all communication and field devices via HART, PROFIBUS and Foundation Fieldbus protocol.
Additional topics are plant-wide device access and new possibilities of fieldbus and device diagnosis with PACTware™.
The event is accompanied by product exhibitions of participating companies CodeWrights, ICS, KROHNE, Magnetrol, Pepperl+Fuchs, Trebing & Himstedt, Turck, Tyco Valves and VEGA. The Roadshow is supported by the FDT Group and companies Bopp & Reuther, Samson and WIKA.
