The world takes notice of KROHNE at World Gas

With an attractive booth, arresting presentations and highly competent engineers from Europe and South America, KROHNE Oil & Gas made an intense and lasting impression on the South American Market.
The main attraction was, of course, the ALTOSONIC V12 ultrasonic gas flow meter, flanked by the Summit 8800 flow computer with full graphic display. Great interest was also shown in the ALTOSONIC V LNG, as well as the entire range of process instruments for downstream gas processing.

V12 continues to break records

The Lintorf test results from Oct. 2008 proved that V12 is the first ultrasonic meter to have a short minimum straight length of only 5D and still comply with ISO17089.
Dec. 2008 the Dutch NMi concluded that V12 is the first ultrasonic gas flow meter to have Accuracy Class 0.5 according to OIML R137-1. All other ultrasonic flow meters so far have accuracy class 1.0.
