The guided radar OPTIFLEX 1300 C from KROHNE is now also available as remote version. Thus, the converter may be installed in a certain distance from the measurement, e.g. if there is a potential risk for either the operating personal or the converter itself. OPTIFLEX in remote version is especially used if the space to install it on the tank is insufficient. Apart from that, tanks may be exposed to strong vibrations. The available standard distance between flange and converter is between two and 15 meters.
