Nor-Shipping 2009 closed on June 12 after 4 days with record numbers of visitors and exhibitor representatives. In sum, this represented a 15 percent increase in the number of Nor-Shipping delegates compared to 2007. Nor-Shipping 2009 was the largest in the event’s history, dating back to 1967. 1105 exhibitors from 52 countries participated. By comparison, Nor-Shipping 2007, which took place in the midst of a market boom, had 830 exhibitors from 42 countries. Nor-Shipping 2009 featured 22 national pavilions and four thematic pavilions in 6 halls.

We had very good numbers of visitors to our stand throughout the whole week. EcoMATE® Fuel saver system was introduced to the market for the first time and we experienced a wide interest and have a long list of interesting projects to work further with. Thanks to highly competitive products, dedicated and hard working sales managers and new upgraded marketing material, it is motivating to see how KROHNE Skarpenord draws more and more attention in the market.
