Ultrafiltration plant for conditioning of KTL lacquer

Due to the increased requirements on corrosion protection of the automobile industry, KTL painting has become established as method for automatic prime coating. However, not only automobiles but also vehicle accessories, domestic appliances, steel furniture, air-conditioners, radiators etc. are painted today with KTL plants. Apart from better adhesion, this system offers optimum corrosion and edge protection and it is cost effective, environmentally friendly and reliable. The H 250 suspended particle instrument is in use at the Adam Opel AG for flow measurement of the KTL lacquer.
