A: Presumably the MDAC components are missing or corrupted. Install the MDAC components for your OS.

F: On Windows NT,  KROVASYS cannot access the databases, although the MDAC components are installed.  What do I have to do?
A: Presumably the Jet 4.0 database engine is missing or outdated. Install the current version (SP8) for Windows NT:
