F: KROVASEL cannot access the databases, what do I have to do?

A: Presumably the MDAC components are missing or corrupted. Install the MDAC components for your OS.

F: On Windows NT,  KROVASEL cannot access the databases, although the MDAC components are installed.  What do I have to do?
A: Presumably the Jet 4.0 database engine is missing or outdated. Install the current version (SP8) for Windows NT:

For working with available devices, e.g. recalculation, reading from transmitters or the production of new scales, KROVACAL 3.3 is still in use.

KROVACAL 4

A test version of KROVACAL 4 will be available by the end of the year 2005. KROVACAL 4 will replace KROVACAL 3.3 with the same functionality, yet supporting all HART transmitters for VA-meters and all current Windows versions.
