Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer (m/f)

Flow Metering Skids/Systems

Due to our increased international activities and rapid growth we have a vacancy at our Head Office in Breda, Netherlands.

You will be involved in the design of the instrumentation and electrical systems for flow -, level -, and pipeline leakage detection systems. Your main task will be specifying of the required datasheets, technical evaluation of sub supplier quotations, set-up of basic design of the electrical systems. Within the project team you will be responsible for the complete process up to the construction phase.

	Education: Electrical engineering, Technical Physics or Process Technology. The requested level is dependant on work experience.
	Experience: 2-5 years within the Oil & Gas and/or petrochemical industry - preferably with a system integration company or similar. Knowledge of DCS and PLC’s, panel design and testing. Knowledge of Intools, Autoplant Intelligent P&ID, AutoCAD.
	Activities should include knowledge of:
	Design and layout of control panels
	Design and layout on instrumentation systems both on skids and sampling systems.
	System loop design around instruments and PLC’s
	Instrument and analyser set-up and calibration
	A broad interest in technology and multidisciplinary engineering
	Excellent inter-personal skills, a team player and proactive operator
	Commercial awareness, command of modern languages (English, Dutch and German are ideal) and good presentation skills
	Knowledge of and skilled use of PC and windows based software
