Chengde Rehe-Krohne Meters Co. Ltd.15 Years anniversary celebrations - New product technology seminar
During June 20th -22nd 2006, Chengde Rehe Krohne Meters Co. Ltd. (CRK) was celebrating its 15th anniversary. Over 200 people were attending the event, including senior representatives from the German KROHNE headquarter and customers from all over China.
CRK is a specialized manufacturer of automation instruments, which was founded in 1991 as a joint venture together with the KROHNE group. During the last 15 years, CRK was dedicated to the development and application of metal variable area flowmeters, vortex flowmeters, flow controllers and level measurement instruments, producing more than 100,000 high quality metal variable area flowmeters and flow controllers in many different specifications.
Moreover, CRK is able to offer competent technical training as well as onsite installation or after sales service. The whole CRK product range, production technology and the main manufacturing equipment have been contributed by KROHNE.
CRK has achieved an impressive list of references, and its position in the Chinese market for variable area flowmeters is unique: CRK is the manufacturer with the highest quality, the biggest output and the greatest sales volume in whole China, in addition to being a reputable supplier of level measurement instruments. Not only has CRK kept the technological pace with KROHNE, but it has also always maintained its leading position in China in terms of product technology. CRK products are broadly applied in the petrochemical, metal, power, food and pharmaceutical industry as well as in automation control and measurement systems.
During the new product technology seminar, CRK presented the world class BM 700 and BM 702 level radar technology, which has been recently acquired from KROHNE. The BM 700 and BM 702 instruments are using the latest 24GHz FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) level radar technology, high performance Digital Signal Processing, sophisticated frequency band analysis, modular structure, intelligent HART communication, digital display and PC-CAT configuration software. During production, X-ray tests, pressure tests and other test procedures guarantee a stable and reliable product quality.
The instruments have a broad dynamic range, several power supply options, many signal output or fieldbus functions, and can be broadly used in process tanks and even in sealed high pressure tanks. The TUV ISO9001：2000 certification together with PED and related technology certificates, guarantees the superior quality of the BM 700 and BM 702 instruments. BM 700 and BM 702 have been introduced to the Chinese and Asian market in June.
