| From KROHNE you receive flowmeters with wet calibration onlyAccuracy and reproducibility are important parts of a flowmeter’s quality characteristics. That is why KROHNE has calibration facilities in Dordrecht, the Netherlands, demonstrating top of the world class characteristics.
|
Each and every instrument leaving the factory is subjected to wet calibration by direct volume comparison. This calibration method is the most accurate one for volumetric flowmeters. The calibration of each meter generally is certified by an individual calibration certificate.
The accuracy of the calibration rigs is typically 10 times better than that of the flowmeter being tested. This provides a large margin of safety and guarantees the accuracy of all flowmeters tested under the reference conditions.

| Your KROHNE flowmeter is a mastermeter, directly referred to internationally traceable standards!
KROHNE flowmeter calibration rigs are the most accurate used in flowmeter production world-wide. All measurement methods used in each individual calibration are traceable to (inter-)national primary standards, set by the NMi (Netherlands Metrology Institute).
This means that the certification issued guarantees that the data provided by the manufacturer meets the best possible limits of accuracy.
