Application
EBERHARD FABER GmbH in Neumarkt/Opf produces pencils, modeling mass and paints for young and old people. One sort, finger paint for children has untypical characteristics which are not easy to deal with.

Problem
In order to make batching into the plastic bottles more effective, an automation project for a single pipe was started. The paste-like product has a viscosity of 10000-20000 mPas. BATCHFLUX was used during the tests and fulfilled the requirements at ist best from the start.

Solution
EBERHARD FABER decided in favor for KROHNE, because KROHNE could solve a number of measuring problems, e.g., measurement of plasticizer with OPTIMASS.
