BW 25 - Up to 400 bar and 400 degreesFollowing a redesign, KROHNE now offers its BW 25 level gauge with a number of additional features. For instance, the support system for the gauge's float, which works in accordance with the Archimedes principle, is completely new.
The BW 25 is primarily used in chemical, petrochemical, oil, gas, and offshore applications. The standard version can easily handle pressures up to 400 bar at temperatures of up to 400° C; however, higher pressures and temperatures are also possible. The redesigned version of the level gauge is now entirely suitable for use in hazardous locations. In addition to the M9 indicator with a pointer there is also an optional M10 digital indicator available, for which a flameproof version of the optional stainless steel housing may also be ordered.
