BM 100A: Fly ash mixture used for pit filling

A major mining company uses fly ash from heating plant for filling of pits, caused by former mining operations. The fly ash is pneumatically transported to storage containers, it is mixed with water and this mixture is then used for pit filling.

The whole facility will be dismounted in the end and mounted again near another pitch. The level of the fly ash in containters is measured and indicated with KROHNE level meters BM 100A and level switches LS 220.
